Lead the technical design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development testing and deployment of AEM components and templates.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems.Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.Optimize AEM performance and scalability to handle increasing user demands.Develop and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in AEM implementations.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for AEM projects.Implement AEM authoring workflows to streamline content management processes.Monitor and manage AEM system health and performance metrics.Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering with hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in AEM system engineering and architecture.Have proficiency in AEM frontend development including HTML CSS and JavaScript.Show experience in AEM authoring and content management.Exhibit domain knowledge in Sales & Marketing and Finance & Accounting.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a technical team.Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Have experience in optimizing AEM performance and scalability.Be familiar with security and data protection standards in AEM implementations.
