Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Security SQL Outsystems Development Rest API JavaScript and CSS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can contribute to our projects during day shifts. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Outsystems Development ensuring robust security measures are in place.Implement and manage SQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.Design and integrate Rest APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different systems.Utilize JavaScript and CSS to create dynamic responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and effective communication.Participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.Ensure all development activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance our asset and wealth management capabilities.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Security SQL Outsystems Development Rest API JavaScript and CSS.Must have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management.Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Must possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.Nice to have experience in Agile development methodologies.Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers.Should have strong documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive technical specifications.Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering secure and efficient code.Should have the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time effectively.Must be committed to contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society.
