Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce to support various business functions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations customizations and integrations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce best practices and data governance.
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce performance to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Support the development and execution of data governance strategies to enhance data quality.
  • Analyze and report on Salesforce data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Salesforce with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data quality and data governance practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Be capable of conducting data audits and resolving data quality issues.
  • Show ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving system performance and data quality.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business requirements and how they translate into technical solutions.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
