Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in the Telecom and Devices domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our innovative projects and help drive our companys success.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data related to IoT Gateways Wi-Fi and Cable Modems to provide actionable insights.Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of Customer Premise Equipments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions.Conduct thorough testing and validation of IoT devices to ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IoT Gateways and related equipment.Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wi-Fi networks to identify areas for improvement.Design and execute experiments to test the functionality and reliability of Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK).Document and report findings from data analysis and testing to stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest advancements in IoT technologies and industry trends.Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals for IoT devices.Ensure all projects are completed within the specified timelines and budget constraints.Provide training and support to junior team members on IoT technologies and best practices.Work closely with the Telecom and Devices teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments.Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in conducting data analysis and interpreting results.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in the Telecom and Devices domain (nice to have).Be capable of working in a hybrid work model.Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Display a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing technical projects.Be detail-oriented and able to document technical processes and findings effectively.Show the ability to train and mentor junior team members.Be committed to contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society.
