Work through real estate advisory and consultancy networks active in Pune to identify and access upcoming workspace opportunities across all sectors.

Collaborate with design leadership on pitches and proposals that balance design excellence with Pune's expectations on value and delivery speed.

Represent Unispace at industry events, professional forums, and corporate networks that shape workspace decisions.

! 10+ years of business development experience in the workplace design, commercial interior design, or corporate fit-out industry - this is the specific experience we need.

! Pre-existing client relationships built over your career in this industry - relationships that open doors, not just conversations.

! A track record of winning projects in the 10,000100,000+ sq ft range with institutional clients.

! Working knowledge of Pune's commercial landscape - you understand the growth corridors, the pace of decision-making, and how deals get done here.

Your experience spans multiple industry verticals and is not limited to a single sector.

You have experience in selling integrated design-build or turnkey solutions.

Certifications: MCR, WELL AP, LEED GA, IGBC Accredited Professional.

Familiarity with how Pune's workspace market differs from and complements other metros.
