Build and manage a robust pipeline targeting landmark workspace projects across Mumbai's major business corridors - BKC, Lower Parel, Thane-Belapur, Andheri, Goregaon and beyond.

Collaborate with design and strategy leadership on pitches, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate our human-centric, data-driven methodology.

Navigate Mumbai's real estate ecosystem - working through real estate advisory and consultancy networks, property developers, and landlord advisory teams that influence major workspace decisions across the city.

Represent Unispace at industry forums, design events, and professional networks where senior decision-makers in this space operate.

! 10+ years of business development experience specifically within the workplace design, commercial interior design, or corporate fitout industry - not an adjacent sector.

! Pre-built client relationships from your current and previous organisations in this industry - you are not starting from zero.

! A demonstrated track record of winning projects in the 25,000+ sq ft range with institutional clients.

! Deep familiarity with Mumbai's commercial real estate landscape - you know the decision-makers, not just the buildings.

Experience selling integrated design-build or turnkey workplace solutions.

Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

Credentials such as MCR, WELL AP, or IIID membership.

Relationships across a breadth of industry sectors - not limited to one vertical.
