Responsibilities

Support M&A transaction advisory engagements by building robust financial models. Responsibilities include:

• Analyse financial models/ forecast for any logical and technical errors/ gaps
• Build flawless financial models
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to build scenarios for investment decision making
• Perform value analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce
• MBA Finance/ CFA with 2-3 years of relevant experience

Essential skill sets

• Advance excel skills with 2 to 3 years of prior experience of building financial models for complex business structures
• Strong analytical and written and oral communication abilities
