Senior Associate

We are looking to onboard a lawyer with 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Delhi (in-person role) .

Role & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling matters end-to-end, including:

• Advising clients on complex legal and commercial issues
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
• Handling litigation across forums, including preparing pleadings, applications, and written submissions
• Appearing before courts/tribunals and advancing arguments independently
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal inputs

Desired Profile:

• 57 years of PQE with strong exposure to litigation and commercial advisory
• Ability to handle matters independently with minimal supervision
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Commercially aware and client-focused approach

Location: Delhi (work from office)
