Senior Associate, CEOs Office

Hiring a senior associate to work with me closely on business deals, right from concept feasibility to making a sale.

Ideal candidate has spent 2-3 years in the logistics sector (first mile/mid mile), has an MBA (Tier-1 college preferred), has an engineering background to absorb a 10,000 ft view of our materials and structural engineering, can do costing/BOM on the fly, assist with procurement, handhold the customer in absence of the CEO/VP-Sales, and seamlessly integrate with the customer's team to build feedback loops and positively value add to the product lifecycle.

The journey of the candidate within the organisation will be fast-tracked, and within 6 months of demonstrated talent and initiative taking leadership, would be considered for a promotion for a category P&L leader (with a chance to build your team)

Planet Electric is on the verge of closing out prototypes and start serial manufacturing in 3-4 months. Thus this position requires a multi-disciplinary approach between product and BD, aimed at reducing bottlenecks and to help close new use cases at a lightning speed.

Location: Gurgaon office (non-negotiable)

Compensation: We match/increase your current comp, with 1x-2x ESOPs. Can go higher depending on what you bring to the table.

Incentives/Bonus: Cash and ESOPs both. Success based variable pay.

Relocation budget will be provided, if needed.
