Your RoleReview offline and online transactions like check or digital payments to identify fraudulent transactions via alerts generated by the fraud prevention monitoring systemNeed to monitor financial transactions, both online and offline, for any signs of suspicious activities and flag transactions that deviate from established patterns, such as unusual purchase amounts, frequency, or locationsAnalyze accounts and data to identify suspected fraud activity.Check and investigate accounts and transaction patterns to determine existing fraud trends.Analyze customer behavior to identify fraudulent patterns and perform holistic review of the available data and information to provide insights and recommendationsDecision making by classifying the triggered alert as false positive or for further investigationMeet the necessary production targets and ensure accurate and quality output (90-95%) under tight deadlines and minimal supervisionUniversity graduateAny industry recognized AML certification will be a plusFluent in English (spoken and written)Minimum 3-5 years related banking, compliance, audit experience with a minimum of 2-4 years specific experience relating to fraud alert detection and alert dispositions according to specific banking policies and relevant AML legislations across NA, EU & APAC jurisdictionsYour profileProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict tight deadlinesStrong research and analytical skillsWell-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills Exhibit high willingness to collaborate with all levels of the organizationCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
