Boolean Legal is a boutique firm specialised in venture capital financing and legal advisory services for technology companies. Two years ago, we raised our anchors and set sail for the high seas. Now, we are looking for a seasoned hand to join the bridge and help us steer the ship.

You will be a good fit, if:

(a) Attention to detail: You not only habitually double-check your own work, and you effectively guide juniors to do the same.

(b) Resilience and hard work: You have weathered the storms of complex VC and M&A transactions, faced down difficult negotiations, and demonstrated the resilience to close the deal even when the waters get choppy.

(c) Mentorship and team spirit: You are naturally inclined to share your expertise, stepping up to mentor junior associates, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative, generous spirit on deck.

(d) Commitment to deadlines: You know exactly what it takes to get a deal across the finish line. You have the experience to expertly manage transaction timelines to avoid the dreaded all-nighter, but the unwavering commitment to pull one if a critical closing demands it.
