Job Description

  • Design and execute belonging and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop programs that promote inclusion, equity, and cultural awareness
  • Lead engagement surveys, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Organize events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance employee experience
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to implement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on belonging and engagement best practices
  • Track program effectiveness and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Required
  • Master's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in DEI, employee engagement, or cultural programs.
  • Certification in DEI or Organizational Development - Preferred
  • Strong understanding of inclusion frameworks and engagement methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization Experience with engagement analytics tools and survey platforms Creative approach to designing impactful programs
