Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate/Associate (Corporate Practice) at Juris Prime Law Services in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks in corporate practice, including client interactions, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing strategic legal advice.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Experience in corporate law and transactional matters for a minimum of 1 year to 5 years
• Knowledge of company law, securities regulations, Banking, finance, employment and contract laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Law degree from a reputable institution. A Company Secretary qualification will be an advantage.
• Membership in the relevant bar council
