Role Description

The Senior Associate Advocate will draft Agreements, Real Estate Advisory & Guidance. The role involves collaborating with junior associates, providing legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Contract Drafting, and Review
• Knowledge of Real Estate Laws & Business Laws
• Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members effectively
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• LLB or higher qualification in Law; current Bar Council membership
• Knowledge of corporate, civil, or commercial law is an added advantage
