Job Description
Responsibilities
Creating sales order in system based on Purchase orders sent by customers
Communicate to customers on order status, any delays or problems with their request
Handles customer inquiries in the areas of product information, ordering procedure, special order information and pricing, quote information, shipping etc
Serve as a liaison between end customer and business partners to assist order entry, order maintenance and shipment
Develop operational tactics to clear order block from sales order to ensure revenue flow
Provide information and assistance as needed to warehouse people to allow for expeditious processing
Perform analysis on schedule fluctuation and prepare report to highlight to business
Perform additional duties as required or requested
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation in any stream
Should be a fast learner
Candidate should have relationship management skills since the job will involve liasoning with customers & US stake holders
Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible
Candidate should have excellent PC skills and should be well versed with Microsoft product likes excel, word and power point
Good follow up skills and strong attention to details
Ability to work effectively with other organization and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution
Flexibility to night shift is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation with good knowledge in supply chain
Knowledge on Microsoft excel will be an advantage
