Job Description
Responsibilities
:Knowledge and working experience in Oracle ERP application 12.1 and 12.2
Performed Application upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 version.
Good Experience in Database (upgrades, patching, trouble shooting) OCI certification preferred
Good trouble shooting skill on ERP Application and Database issues
Knowledge/trouble shooting on ERP clones and patching
Knowledge on R12.2 online patching is required
Working with OEM for monitoring, trouble shooting, and performance tuning
Sound knowledge on Backup and recovery process (RMAN) is must
Good Understanding /Working knowledge on Cloud (OCI/AWS/Azure) technologies
Minimum Qualifications
/ SkillsBachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
/ SkillsVery good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
