Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance with a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. Responsibilities
Implement and manage CA/Broadcom IdentityManager to ensure secure access to applications and systems.Oversee the deployment and configuration of CA/Broadcom IdentityGovernance to maintain compliance and governance standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management and governance solutions.Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand security requirements and develop appropriate solutions.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes and procedures.Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and governance.Ensure that all identity management solutions are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.Lead the integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems and applications.Provide training and support to end-users on identity management best practices.Work closely with the IT business support team to align security initiatives with business goals.Participate in the development of security policies and procedures to enhance overall security posture.Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in identity management and governance.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in identity management and governance.Demonstrate expertise in CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance.Have a strong understanding of IT business support and its impact on security initiatives.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).Be familiar with hybrid work environments and the associated security challenges.Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.Have experience in providing training and support to end-users.Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
