Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Manual Testing Manual Data Testing Selenium Automation and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various applications.Oversee manual testing processes to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.Provide expertise in manual data testing to validate data integrity and accuracy.Utilize Selenium for automated testing to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Implement automation frameworks and scripts using Core Java to streamline testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools and work with development teams for resolution.Perform root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Manual Testing Manual Data Testing Selenium Automation and Core Java.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management which is a plus.Show proficiency in using testing tools and defect tracking systems.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.
