Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems.
  • Ensure the quality of Pega applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide insights into business processes.
  • Utilize Pega Platform to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement Pega Data and Integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Enhance user experience by developing intuitive Pega User Interfaces.
  • Leverage Pega Mobility to enable mobile access to Pega applications.
  • Manage Pega Case Management to ensure effective handling of business cases.
  • Utilize Pega Marketing and Pega Decision Hub to drive customer engagement and decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Have a solid understanding of Pega User Experience to create intuitive interfaces.
  • Show proficiency in Pega Mobility to enable mobile access.
  • Be skilled in Pega Case Management for effective case handling.
  • Have experience with Pega Marketing and Pega Decision Hub for customer engagement.
  • Nice to have domain skills in Create&Assess Cust Bill InqRpt and Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.

    Certified Pega System Architect Certified Pega Business Architect
