Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Rapid7 Insight VM and will work in a hybrid model. This role is crucial in protecting our companys digital assets and ensuring the security of our systems. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage security measures to protect the companys digital assets.Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using Rapid7 Insight VM.Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats.Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems.Provide guidance and support to other departments on security best practices.Investigate security breaches and lead incident response efforts.Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Develop and deliver security training programs for employees.Create detailed reports on security incidents and vulnerabilities.Work closely with external security vendors and consultants.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Rapid7 Insight VM.Should have a strong understanding of network security principles.Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have experience in incident response and management.Must be familiar with industry standards and regulations.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to have certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Should have experience in developing and implementing security policies.Must be able to stay updated with the latest security trends.Should have experience in conducting security training programs.Must be detail-oriented and able to create comprehensive reports.Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.
Certifications Required
CISSP CISM CEH or equivalent certifications relevant to cybersecurity.
