Responsibilities


Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing workforce data and creating reports on performance metrics such as attendance, adherence, and productivity.
Evaluate workforce data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure that staffing schedules align with forecasted workloads.
Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to resolve adherence issues such as absenteeism, tardiness or early departures.
Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Demonstrates a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and continuously improving performance in response to evolving business needs.
