We are looking for a motivated full
- time Senior Associate (Portuguese) to join our Global Business Services Capability team in Bangalore, India.
This role is ideal for a candidate looking for an experience with an exciting, dynamic company.
The candidates should be willing to work in flexible shifts.
Key job responsibilities
• Performing a wide range of data collection, data entry, and data processing related tasks (e.g., data tagging, uploading data into online systems, annotation judgements).
Conducting data validation and analysis
• Using high level of judgement to determine/identify differentiated experiences and/or trends.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on execution, escalate operational issues, draft SOPs.
• Conduct trainings for the team whenever required to improve cross
- skilling and build more capabilities
• Contribute and lead process improvement initiatives that impact overall efficiency/ quality
• Ensure high quality deliverable to the stakeholders via audit and validation
• Managing team engagement activities
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Portuguese language expertise (Speak, write, read fluently)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel Minimum Experience

Preferred Qualifications
*Strong analytical skills including basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Previous work experience, specially handling data recording and business analysis
* Willingness to learn and improve the overall customer experience VBA/Macro/SQL proficiency
