About the Role
The Admission Manager & Head will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing branch operations, and leading marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment targets. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and relationship management with schools, institutions, parents, and corporate partners.
Responsibilities
Admission & Sales Management
- Achieve branch admission targets through effective planning and execution of marketing activities within the assigned region.
- Manage the entire student lifecycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, and Student Support.
- Maintain daily governance of sales activities and admission processes within the branch.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly admissions, and identify new business opportunities to achieve targets and annual business plans.
Business Development
- Meet Principals, Coordinators, and school management to generate institutional partnerships and business.
- Identify and tap new market segments in B2B and B2C channels.
- Conduct seminars and promotional events in schools, town halls, residential townships, and corporate organizations.
- Interface with parents and educational institutions to understand requirements and deliver suitable academic solutions.
Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute regional marketing activities to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Ensure effective merchandising and branding displays at the branch to enhance product visibility.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train and educate team members on the universitys program portfolio and complementary services.
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions to keep the sales and operations teams updated.
- Foster strong collaboration between academic teams and branch teams to ensure high engagement.
- Address employee issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns promptly.
Operations & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end branch operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports, performance analytics, and competition tracking as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and grievances to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
