We are looking for a Senior Art Director who can lead visual thinking while intelligently leveraging AI tools to amplify creative output.


Role Overview


The Senior Art Director is responsible for visual storytelling, campaign design direction, and digital content ecosystems, while also using AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and production workflows.


This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Campaign thinking
  • Design leadership
  • AI-enabled creative experimentation


Key Responsibilities


Creative Conceptualization

  • Translate campaign ideas into powerful visual storytelling
  • Create moodboards, design territories, and visual worlds
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative ideas
  • Rapidly explore multiple visual routes using AI-assisted design tools


Campaign Design Direction

  • Lead visual execution for campaigns across:
  • social media
  • digital ads
  • films and motion content
  • brand assets
  • OOH adaptations
  • Build distinctive campaign identities that work across platforms


AI-Enabled Creative Development

  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and visualization
  • Generate concept explorations using Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and prompt-based design workflows
  • Build visual prototypes, campaign frames, and idea explorations using generative tools
  • Guide designers on integrating AI into the creative process without compromising design quality


Brand Visual Systems

  • Create and maintain brand visual systems
  • Develop design languages including:
  • typography
  • layout systems
  • color systems
  • visual grids
  • Ensure consistency across all creative output


High-Velocity Content Design

  • Lead visual output for high-volume digital content
  • Guide teams on platform-native design formats
  • Ensure strong visual quality across fast production cycles


Creative Mentorship

  • Guide junior designers and art executives
  • Conduct design reviews and elevate craft standards
  • Encourage experimentation with AI-assisted workflows


AI & Tools Expertise (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate strong familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows, including:

  • Nano Banana (visual concept generation)
  • ChatGPT for creative ideation and prompting
  • Prompt engineering for visual and campaign exploration
  • AI-assisted moodboard and visual prototype generation
  • AI-assisted creative experimentation


Design tools:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Figma
  • Canva
  • Understanding of motion tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus


Experience

  • 57 years in advertising or creative agencies
  • Experience handling consumer brands and digital campaigns
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  • campaigns
  • brand storytelling
  • social media ecosystems
  • high-quality visual craft
