Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager based in Raipur. The Senior Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales activities, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders and key clients. This role also involves training and managing a high-performing sales team, analyzing sales metrics to track progress, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Collaboration with various departments to support business objectives is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities, including training and mentoring team members
- Strategic thinking, data analysis, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Relevant industry experience and familiarity with fintech or automotive sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
