We are looking for talented Senior Architects with 12-16 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon . The ideal candidates will bring strong design skills, technical expertise, and proven project management skills to drive projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution.
• Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components.
• Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution.
• Min 12 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
