Senior Architect – Workplace Interiors

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-driven Senior Architect to lead corporate office interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong design leadership with technical expertise, team management capabilities, and seamless coordination across clients, procurement, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure projects are delivered as per approved design, within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workplace design strategy, space planning, and concept development for corporate office interiors.
• Prepare, review, and finalize detailed working drawings and shop drawings that are accurate, coordinated, and execution-ready.
• Ensure all drawings are aligned with MEP consultants, statutory requirements, and site conditions.
• Act as the primary design interface for clients conduct presentations, manage approvals, and ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with the procurement team for material selection, specifications, BOQs, and vendor alignment to ensure materials match design intent and quality standards.
• Work alongside project managers and site execution teams to ensure smooth translation of design into built form.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure strict adherence to approved drawings.
• Review mock-ups, samples, and installations before final approvals.
• Lead and manage junior architects and interior designers assign responsibilities, review deliverables, and maintain drawing quality standards.
• Establish structured workflows for documentation, revision control, and shop drawing management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively identify risks and provide practical, solution-oriented design decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
• 78 years of experience in corporate office interiors, with strong exposure to execution-driven projects.
• Proven experience handling projects end-to-end, including client interaction and site coordination.
• Strong expertise in working drawings, shop drawings, and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of materials, ergonomics, sustainability, and building compliance codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
