The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept through construction, mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards of design excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. Past exposure to Commercial projects will be a significant advantage

Experience

7 years of professional experience in Commercial Architectural design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept design, schematic planning, and design development for commercial projects
• Translate design brief into efficient, innovative, and buildable design solutions
• Prepare and review design presentations, drawings, and visualisations
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist consultants to maintain design intent
• Handle client interactions and design presentations with MNC clients
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects across different locations in India

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed architectural & interior drawings
• Strong design thinking, visual communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced, pan-India environment

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permission processes.

Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
