Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Core Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch.
• 57 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Conduct feasibility and massing studies for projects.
• Assist project managers to ensure timely project delivery and compliance.
• Review architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape plans as per government regulations.
• Knowledge of MCGM norms for residential and commercial projects.
• Evaluate site constraints and guide site teams on plan interpretation.
• Prepare and review preliminary designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Analyze building codes, by-laws, and site requirements.
• Review design details, materials, costs, and construction timelines.
• Develop design details and guide the team on project progress.
• Prepare MOMs, schedules, and design reports.
• Monitor site progress and project status.
