Senior Architect

We are looking for Senior Architects with 8+ years experience in Residential / Commercial Architectural Design experience.

Area of Accountability:

Quality Assurance design and implement checklists and a Quality Assurance system to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.

Process - design and implement key processes, planning, communication, reports & analysis.

Knowledge Management - develop a system of standardization of design delivery for Total Environment residential projects development of design guidelines and standard details, master data, knowledge bank for materials and interior elements, codes & regulations.

Team Hire people with competence, commitment, and character. Ensure right people in the right roles always. Develop the team - provide ongoing training and support to develop the required knowledge, skills, and attitude.

Deliverables:

Problem Statement - collaborate with HOD to understand their vision, purpose, mission and values, business goals and functional needs and talent strategy, to clearly define the Problem Statement for the design residential towers projects.

Design Development - work with the design principals, to develop design concepts and presenting for review, development and approval. Selecting and specifying furniture, lighting and other interior finishes, in line with the Problem Statement.

Compliance ensure that the design solution meets all necessary design guidelines, construction codes and sanction regulations.

Design Documents - delivery of Design Documents including drawings, schedules and interior specifications.

BoQ ensure a detailed Bill of Quantities is prepared in collaboration with Estimation Team.

Supervision Oversee construction and installation of towers exterior, interiors, site development works including coordination with contractors and working with various stakeholders to ensure that the work is completed as per the design intent.

Ongoing Support - provide ongoing support and assistance to projects/clients after delivery, as needed, and support the Operations team.
