Senior Architect

Experience: 5-7 years work experience with Architect firm/company only in Bengaluru

Salary: upto 9LPA

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

Should have worked on High Rise Residential apartments construction projects in

Bengaluru concept to working drawing stage.

Ensuring compliance with bye laws of Statutory Authprities like BBPM ,RERA,BDA ,

Fire Authority etc. with respect to construction of apartments in Bengaluru and

preparing drawings and documentation for approvals from these authorities.

3D Visualization & Client Presentation Managing the planning and design phases for

diverse residential building projects

Consultant Coordination(Structure/ MEP)

Working drawings & GFC Documentation

Site Supervision & Execution Support

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other necessary software
