The Role

We are looking for aSenior Architect / Team Leaderwith a strongdesign orientationand experience infast-track commercial projects. Exposure toData Center projectswill be asignificant advantage.

The role involves working onmultiple Data Center projects across the countryas well asMNC commercial buildings on a pan-India basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams and consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Experience

7 to 10 yearsof professional experience in Commercial Architectural design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadconcept design, schematic planning, and design developmentfor Data Centers and commercial projects
• Translate complex technical briefs intoefficient, innovative, and buildable design solutions
• Prepare and review design presentations, drawings, and visualisations
• Ensure alignment of architectural design withtechnical, operational, and compliance requirementsspecific to Data Centers
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist consultants to maintain design intent
• Handle client interactions and design presentations with MNC clients
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Work simultaneously onmultiple projects across different locations in India

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency inAutoCADand design software such asRevit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to developconcepts, layouts, and detailed architectural & interior drawings
• Understanding ofData Center planning concepts, spatial zoning, and coordination requirements (preferred)
• Good knowledge ofbuilding codes, by-laws, sustainability principles, and LEED guidelines
• Strong design thinking, visual communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 710 yearsof relevant professional experience
• Prior experience onData Center projectswill be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced, pan-India environment
