Senior Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. As an Architect, you will oversee the design and delivery of complex projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion.

Manage project teams, including Junior architects, designers, and consultants, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

2. Design Excellence:

Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to architectural standards.

Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications.

Ensure that designs comply with all relevant building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.

3. Team Collaboration:

Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, interior design, and construction management, to ensure project coherence.

4. Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity.

Review and approve construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional architecture license (required).

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in architectural design and Shop drawings.

Proven experience in leading large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

Skills:

Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3d Rendering software.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
