Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary design and consultancy firm delivering architecture and infrastructure advisory across public and private sector projects. We work with government bodies, developers, and investors to deliver sustainable, financially viable infrastructure projects across India.

Were hiring a Senior Architect to lead architectural design, BIM-driven construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale urban, institutional, commercial, and infrastructure-related projectsoften with government clients. You will own delivery from concept to execution support, including tender documentation, BOQs/specifications, and code compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across concept, schematic design, design development, and detailed drawings, with execution-stage support.
• Produce, review, and quality-check GFC/IFC drawing packages, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Drive multidisciplinary design coordination with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Traffic, and Planning teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and client requirements.
• Interface with clients, government authorities, consultants, and contractors across project stages.
• Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, National Building Code (NBC), development control regulations (DCR), and applicable green building norms.
• Mentor junior architects and support team capability-building and design standards.
• Support design presentations, technical reports, and client review meetings with clear, decision-ready outputs.

Requirements (Non-Negotiotiable)

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution.
• Registered with Council of Architecture (COA).
• Minimum 57 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated project experience in institutional, commercial, residential, urban redevelopment, and/or infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants.

• AutoCAD (strong proficiency)
• Revit / BIM (preferred)
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape
• MS Office (documentation, coordination, reporting)

• You have less than 5 years of relevant experience, or
• You are not COA-registered, or
• Your experience is not grounded in end-to-end delivery (design documentation coordination execution support).
