About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and delivery of K12 school campuses across geographies. This is a client-side leadership role responsible for driving design excellence, ensuring alignment with global standards, and delivering high-quality, future-ready learning environments.

The role will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and project teams to translate educational vision into buildable, scalable, and operationally efficient campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Delivery

• Lead campus master planning and architectural design across multiple projects.
• Drive pedagogy-led, child-centric design aligned with international curricula.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, and long-term scalability of campuses.

Design Governance & Standards

• Anchor design reviews across concept, development, and design freeze stages.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and global benchmarks.
• Identify and mitigate design, coordination, and execution risks.

Consultant & Stakeholder Management

• Lead coordination with architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with academic, operations, and leadership teams to align design with business and educational goals.

Project & Execution Oversight

• Provide design oversight during construction, including review of drawings, materials, and site progress.
• Support brownfield and live-campus projects with a focus on safety and continuity.

Sustainability & Value Optimization

• Drive sustainable design strategies and lifecycle-focused decision-making.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to balance design intent, cost, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
• 1215 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Strong experience in large-scale, institutional, or campus projects
• Proven ability to lead design coordination and manage consultants
• Exposure to international standards and multidisciplinary environments preferred
