Senior Architect (Residential Projects)

We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in architecture and interior design for residential projects . The ideal candidate will be able to lead projects from concept to completion , combining design sensitivity with technical expertise and hands-on execution understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for residential architecture and interiors, including villas, farmhouses, apartments, and premium homes.
• Develop concepts, spatial layouts, interior schemes, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior working drawings, GFC sets, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and vendor teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check detailing, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage client meetings, presentations, revisions, and design approvals.
• Oversee material selection, finishes, and detail development for interior elements.
• Guide junior architects/designers and maintain design quality across project stages.
• Support execution teams to ensure alignment with design intent.

Requirements

• B.Arch is Mandatory
• 4-5 years of experience working on residential architecture and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both built architecture and interior spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and relevant design/visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, interior detailing, and site coordination.
• Excellent conceptual, spatial, and material understanding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Work Schedule

Location: Sushant Lok Phase 3, Sector 57, Gurgaon

Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM); 2nd Saturday off
