Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience: 6+ Years

CTC: Up to 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural projects from concept design to final execution.

Develop design concepts based on client briefs, site analysis, and contextual understanding.

Prepare and present concept proposals, master plans, and design strategies to stakeholders.

Create and review architectural drawings including GADs, GFCs, services layouts, and BOQs.

Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) covering scope, timelines, and execution strategy.

Lead tender documentation, RFP submissions, and technical presentations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, content, and technology teams for integrated delivery.

Ensure compliance with building codes, government regulations, and approval processes.

Supervise site execution and provide on-site technical design support.

Implement value engineering to optimize cost and maintain profitability.

Mentor design teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Liaise with external consultants and government authorities for design validations and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualification:

Bachelors(Bachelors of Architecture)

6+ years of experience in architectural design and execution

Experience in government/institutional/museum/theme-based projects

Strong expertise in spatial planning and interior detailing

Experience in preparing DPRs, BOQs, and tender documentation

Knowledge of building codes and statutory compliance

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

Understanding of structural systems, materials, and sustainable design

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience in handling large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
