Pankaj Rokadiya & Associates (PRAA) is a boutique architectural and design consultancy based in Indore, with over three decades of experience in architecture, engineering, and interior design. Our practice spans institutional, corporate, residential, retail, and infrastructure projects, including assignments for leading Oil & Gas companies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Architect/Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indore. This role involves leading architectural design, coordinating project execution, and ensuring design intent is translated accurately on site across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design development for residential, commercial, and interior projects

Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed construction drawings, technical documentation, and specifications

Create and oversee high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior and exterior designs

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines while maintaining design quality

Conduct regular site supervision, monitor execution quality, and resolve on-site design issues

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution

Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and billing documentation

Manage drawing revisions based on design development and client feedback

Oversee material and finish selection and ensure accurate representation in drawings

Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, and revision records

Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts and manage design-related coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture or a related field

35 years of professional experience in architectural practice

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop

Solid understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural detailing

Proven experience in site supervision, BOQ preparation, and project execution coordination
