Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in Surat. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, leading the team through project management, and ensuring the successful integration of design concepts into large-scale projects. Day-to-day tasks include supervising project execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing design software to develop innovative architectural solutions. Additionally, the Senior Architect will ensure that projects meet technical, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to create innovative and functional spaces.
Experience in Project Management to oversee project timelines, team coordination, budget management, and deliverable tracking.
Understanding of Software Development and Integration to effectively utilize architectural design software and technology in project workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking abilities.
Proven knowledge of sustainable design principles and regulatory building standards is a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field with relevant professional experience.
