Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid position for an Architect based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, collaborating in project management, preparing blueprints, and ensuring compliance with structural safety, and aesthetic standards. The role involves close coordinate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Description

A.FEASIBLITY:

1.To prepare technical and financial feasibilities for all new projects based on present rules and regulations.

2.To study all rules and regulations and be updated for any change in the same.

3.To attend all new project meetings, collecting data and documents for the same.

B.DESIGN:

4.To prepare first design draft for technical feasibility of new projects.

5.To assist design architect, consultant for elevational treatments, etc.

6.To coordinate with design architect, liasoning consultant, structural consultant for finalising the design.

7.Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)

C.EXECUTION:

8.To prepare all working drawings for ongoing projects.

9.To coordinate with design architect, liasoning consultant, structural consultant, for finalising the design

• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Architecture
• 37 years of relevant experience in real estate development or architectural firms
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and project coordination
• Experience in developer or real estate consultancy firms
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation
