Senior Architect – Luxury Residential Design

We are seeking a design-oriented Senior Architect to contribute to the development of luxury residences, premium builder floors, private villas, boutique hospitality projects, and select township developments.

The role requires a strong ability to translate architectural concepts into refined living environments, combining thoughtful space planning, elegant proportions, and meticulous detailing.

The selected candidate will play a key role in design leadership, consultant coordination, and architectural execution, ensuring that each project reflects exceptional architectural quality and luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead concept development, spatial planning, and architectural design for luxury residential projects.

* Develop and review concept drawings, schematic designs, working drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

* Produce 3D models, visual studies, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design intent.

* Contribute to master planning and architectural development of township-scale residential projects where applicable.

* Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and interior design consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.

* Assist in the design development and coordination of mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings, ensuring efficient layouts and compliance with safety and building codes.

* Prepare sanction drawings and coordinate approvals with local authorities including MCD and other regulatory bodies.

* Develop architectural detailing, faade articulation, and material specifications suited to luxury residential projects.

* Review material samples, faade mockups, and architectural finishes to ensure alignment with design intent.

* Conduct periodic site visits and design reviews to ensure construction aligns with architectural intent and quality standards.

* Participate in client presentations and design discussions, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.

* Ensure all architectural designs comply with Delhi NCR development regulations and building bylaws.

* Contribute to design strategy, spatial efficiency, and overall architectural character of projects.

* Mentor and guide junior architects while maintaining high documentation and design standards.

Key Skills & Expertise

* Strong understanding of luxury residential architecture and high-end space planning

* Expertise in architectural detailing, faade design, and premium material selection

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural visualization tools such as Enscape, D5, or Lumion

* Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar presentation tools

* Knowledge of Delhi NCR building regulations and sanction processes

* Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment

* Ability to manage consultant coordination and complex design documentation

Qualifications

* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

* 57 years of experience working on luxury residential or premium real estate projects

* Proven experience in builder floors, villas, or high-end residential developments

* Experience handling complete architectural packages from concept design to GFC documentation will be preferred

* Experience working on township developments or high-rise residential projects will be considered an added advantage
