Who Should Apply

Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing, dynamic team!

Were seeking someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in architectural and interior projects someone who brings creativity, precision, and a great sense of design detailing to the table.

The role involves conceptualizing and developing architectural designs and interior design solutions for diverse projects.

Your Role Will Include:

Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team collaboration

Design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations.

Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans.

Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.

What we are looking and expect from you

Qualification : Bachelors degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design

Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials . Good Client presentation relations skill

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray /Lumion/3d Max is a must .
