1. Actively writes production-grade code
2. Designs and owns the complete application architecture
3. Identifies gaps, bottlenecks, and risksand solves them proactively
4. Takes ownership of application performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability
5. Thinks beyond features and focuses on system health and long-term impact

Tech Skills Were Looking For:

1. Strong hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, Ruby
2. Full-stack development expertise
3. Experience working with Generative AI and Agentic AI
4. Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and monitoring
