Sunshine Productions, backed by a leading movie production house, is building a hospitality venture where architecture is not about walls and roofsbut about emotion. About how a guest feels when they wake up to birdsong, walk into a lodge that feels carved out of the land, or sit by a fire under a sky full of stars.

This venture is creating a portfolio of leisure resorts, jungle camps, and destination properties across Indias most breathtaking wildlife corridorsTadoba, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, and beyond .

These are not hotels.

They are stories built in stone, wood, light, and silence.

To shape this vision, we are looking for a Senior Architect someone who can hold the entire journey of a resort in their hands. From a raw piece of land to a fully operational, living, breathing destination. Someone who understands not just architecture, but hospitality as an experience how guests arrive, where they pause, what they notice first, and what they remember last.

In this role, you will be the steady bridge between imagination and execution. Youll work closely with planners, consultants, forest and government authorities, and hospitality partners like Taj and Oberoi , ensuring that every drawing, every approval, and every on-site decision protects the original design story.

This role is for an architect who knows how to:

Read a landscape before drawing on it

Translate vision into plans that actually get built

Hold design intent steady even when timelines, budgets, and realities push back

Here, you wont just design buildings.

You will help create destinations people travel across the world to experience.
