Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project execution from concept to completion. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to manage teams, coordinate consultants, and deliver high-quality, buildable design solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The Senior Architect will lead architectural design across all project stages, manage and mentor junior architects, and ensure integrated design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across all project stages: concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation
• Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure integrated design solutions
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and design deliverables
• Interface with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, and industry standards
• Oversee design quality, constructability, and adherence to project budgets and timelines
• Support value engineering, design optimization, and risk mitigation exercises
• Coordinate with project management and site teams during construction for design clarifications and revisions
• Participate in design reviews, approvals, and authority submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum 35 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong expertise in design development, construction detailing, and documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
