Davinciya is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in architectural planning, drawings, and execution with hands-on expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.

This role involves working closely with the design and execution teams to develop architectural drawings, coordinate project requirements, and ensure smooth project delivery from concept to completion.

• Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Assist in planning and designing residential, commercial, and retail interior projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in site visits, design discussions, and project reviews.
• Support project timelines and ensure accurate documentation and coordination.
• Contribute to innovative design solutions while maintaining practicality and functionality.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert concepts into practical designs.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
