Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Architect with 7+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present design proposals to clients, considering functionality, aesthetic appeal, and budgetary constraints.

2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

3. Create detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.

4. Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

5. Conduct site visits to assess conditions, provide recommendations, and oversee construction progress.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

7. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.

8. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

2. Proven experience as an Architect with 3-5 years of professional practice.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead when required.

7. Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
