Senior Architect (Architecture & Interior Projects)

We are hiring a Senior Architect to support and deliver architecture and interior projects from concept through execution in Jayanagar, Bangalore . This role is ideal for a design-driven professional who enjoys working on well-detailed projects, collaborating closely with senior team members, and gaining exposure to client interaction and site coordination.

Project Typology

You will work on projects including:

• Residential architecture and interiors
• Commercial and mixed-use projects
• Contemporary design-led architecture with strong emphasis on detailing, materials, and build quality

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualization and development of architectural designs, drawings, and models.
• Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, regulations, and construction feasibility.
• Stay updated with new building technologies, materials, and architectural trends.
• Participate in site visits and surveys to understand site conditions and execution requirements.
• Document site observations and integrate findings into design development.
• Prepare design presentations, drawings, and visual material for client reviews.
• Support client meetings by explaining design intent and incorporating feedback.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce accurate drawings and presentations.
• Maintain organized digital project documentation and drawing records.
• Assist with project coordination, schedules, and internal communication.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through learning and application of new skills.

Requirements

• B.Arch is mandatory
• 25 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and buildability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and materials.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to participate in site visits and coordination activities.

Work Schedule

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM); 2nd & 4th Saturday off
