Experience: 10+ years

Project Types: High-rise apartments, villas & plotted developments

Role Highlights:

Drive 34 large residential projects simultaneously

Lead architectural design & GFC execution

Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior & Landscape consultants

Strong exposure to BDA, BBMP, NBC, RERA & statutory approvals

Hands-on involvement in feasibility studies, sanction drawings & site execution

Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
