Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Shift: 5:30 PM IST 5:30 AM IST

Experience

• Mid-Level: 6+ years
• Senior: 8+ years

Key Skills Required

• .NET (6.0 and above)
• Duck Creek
• IIS & SQL Server
• Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Underwriting platforms preferred)

What Youll Do

• Resolve complex production incidents escalated from L2 or monitoring systems
• Perform deep root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Handle advanced troubleshooting using logs and diagnostic tools
• Support complex release deployments and production changes
• Drive automation, service improvements, and SOP enhancements
• Fix production defects end-to-end by following complete SDLC
• Support security remediation, audits, regulatory activities, DR & patch testing
